Okay so i went to buy Black Ops 3 off Kinguin, everythings normal i pay for it and get my steam CD - key and put it into steam, when i enter it i get a message saying duplicate key, its already been fucking used are you serious, i wasted $33 on that and got nothing in return fuck sakes
Never buy anything from Kinguin they are a bunch of fucking scam artists

Is there a support you can contact? I know its hard to get your money back on this crap since they can't prove you didn't redeem the key yourself and then try to tell them it was already used.

That really sucks. I actually bought BO3 for $23 AT kinguin a couple months ago with no problems. I guess it depends on who your buying it from.

they said i could possibly get a refund in about 24 hours, thats what their live chat guy said but no guarantees

Just be happy you might get a refund, normally they don't even do that and you get double fucked.

Sometimes it's way more than a few quid. I just picked up AoE3 for $7, it's $39.99 on Steam's store.

BO3 on steam for me is $99.99 and on g2a and shit it's $34 so thats why i do it

Did you not pay the extra buck for the buyer protection? I believe you are fully protected to get the refund if you did get it. And i would highly recommend it considering its only a buck more.

oh well fair enough but i usually only buy things on sale, like i got bo3 for £55 with season pass, and doom for £20
