Red 115 crystal formations are scattered across the spectral landscape of The Plains Of Oblivion.

I have cancelled my Zelda map simply due to the fact that I didn't feel like the theme was appropriate to Zombies.

This is my new WIP named Plains Of Oblivion that I started recently, and it was inspired by the album Venereal Dawn by Dark Fortress.
The red 115 crystals caused the zombie outbreak and can be found throughout the map.

Crystal models made by myself.

Do NOT cancel this project, it's the dark Lovecraftian map I've been hoping someone would make. Great start with that blood red PaP camo, eerie plains, and ominous backdrop; keep it up!

I'm just commenting to get notified when you update this masterpiece.
At least people are still making good maps for W@W, and not just up and leaving as soon as they get the Alpha Modtools for BO3.

Finally after all this time, someone came up with the idea of crystals. However, try taking ideas from the game command and conquer tiberium wars, it might give you good ideas for the crystals.

It's the stock WaW anims, slightly edited weaponfile.

You can use BO1 sprint anims with WaW models/anims. I highly suggest using them, since they look better than weapon bobbing

Well sure thing JiffyNoodles, I mean therocksays just open the weapon file and edit the reload timers. :)

you could modelscale the crystals for variation or make different version since you made them in the first place and if you make more areas let them be unique to ensure its not repetative :) im sure you have some more ideas if this is just the start of the project.

Working on Pack A Punch area. Will be accessable via Kino-style teleporter. I also reduced the fog for clarity.

Thanks. I hope I can finish by the time the Black Ops III tools release. Otherwise I'd probably have to port the project over.
