Edit "Dist_min" and "dist_max" in your soundalias.csv
Ex. Dist_min dist_max
perk machine jingle-50 to 500
sparks-500 to 5000
telepole sparks-100 to 2000
large fire-100 to 1000
Or
Use triggers to play the sound only when a player touches it.
Or
Use a distance check to play the sound only when the player is close
