Title: [10k] Off-Topic Section added!

Notice the [10k] tag in the title of this announcement? That means the announcement is a direct result of a 10,000 Members Contest suggestion!

I have added a new board category called "Off-Topic", following the suggestion (http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=1064.msg9885#msg9885) of forum user popcorn897 (http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=4626)!

You will find it underneath the Projects Center board. The "General Discussion" board has been moved from the Information category into this new Off-Topic category. I have added a Media section for posting and discussing various art forms, a Games section for discussing games other than CoD, and YouTuber board.

Enjoy, and please post a reply if you can think of any other boards to add to the Off-Topic section!

Computer tech section for talking about anything tech (computer hardware, new software, gaming rigs, ETC.
