Title: Asset Manager wont load

I am getting the error trying to load Asset Man.

any with any ideas

As far as the error, make sure you have installed Visual C++ Redist 2008 and 2010. .NET 3 and above wouldn't hurt either.

All the above all ready installed. re-installed again. no joy

any other thoughts ?

Exactly the same error pops up on my brother's ThinkPad with Windows 8.

Ok, ive installed

C++ redist 2005 / 2005 SP1 (x64) & (x86)
C++ redist 2008 / 2008 SP1 (x64) & (x86)
C++ redist 2010 / 2012 SP1 (x64) & (x86)
C++ redist 2012

Now I cant say which version fixed it as I installed 1 after the other, rebooted and Asset Manager loaded.

So yea, happy now :) ;D
