you need to convert the sound in the launcher aswell then place in your mapname folder and make sure its ticked in the mod builder

I have no more ideas as soon as asking someone else that would convert

what operating system do you have? audacity does work for WaW, don`t see why you should be getting a error saying  that

language system includes Russian alphabet. I'm doing everything as in the tutorial (but the sound file does not work in the game.

I hate der Rise. because der Rise doing everything. do everything with the help of a script Placer. Most of and do not try to over detail. the game is not the main custom scripts and modern weapons. and besides, I'm old fashioned))))
