so I have an area where players start the map, but then they leave that area and will not return for sometime, how can I add alternative respawn points to my map?

so the map loads and everything works, but when i restart i get this error:
loadedfx could not find effect maps/zombie/fx_zombie_tesla_rail_view - ensure that effect is precached in the server script, and included in appropriate CSVs.

any ideas?

so i have added some moving brushes to my map, but the zombies won't follow me, past them, even if they are not there (having moved).... can anyone help? thanks
