Ok then, copy the map_source you have. Then make a new one again, just try it
What script placer are you using?
Marsvinking? Maybe you did something like this? Most of brushes map textures that are titling

I still think the fastest option is to make a new map and paste your map into it in sections.
Copy sections and compile until it crashes. Then right click brushes and select make detail. Then compile. Then add more. Then compile.
There isn't much else i can do without compiling the map myself.
If your not sure if you have made 1800 brushes into detail then you probably are over the structural limit.
Any small brushes, steps or staircases, window and door trim, broken tiles make them detail. Try making another 1000 brushes into detail.
Wall floors and roof should be structural.
Are there any radiant errors?
Any launcher errors?
Do you have a caulk skybox around your map?
In radiant press f and hide and show the "detail".
Is there 1800+ brushes that disappear?
If you have a large prefab try to remove it temporarily to see if its the amount of brushes causing the error.
The treyarch prefabs will use up lots of structural brushes because they aren't sorted. I used them as placeholders before and had a similar problem.
Limit is 5000 structural and 30,000 detail.
Did you make enough detail to be under the 5000 structural brushes?
