Check the tag orientationof j_gun before attach the weapons to the viewhands,
it has to be 0.000 - 0.000 -0.000. It looks that is rotated when you rig it with the arms

You have to asign different materials and images for each weapon mesh/part:

Main Body - Mag - Scope etc...

Look in the rar you have, I presume there are different textures there

The first frame of the ads_up and the last frame of ads_down, wich are identical,
are the ones that make the real position of your weapon.

Modify the position of your weapon in those frames until you are happy with the result.

do not drag the tanims, import them in maya
