You can wrap the texture around a corner of a brush. In some cases this will work, in other cases it pays to just make the geo a terrain mesh and use Set in the Surface Inspector.

To wrap: alt+mousewheel click on the top (flat) surface (it will select the face), then alt+mousewheel click on the angled surface. This takes the guesswork out of trying to find the correct angle in Surface Inspector and saves a lot of time.

There's a similar function in Surface Inspector for terrain, called Forward Wrap. It will wrap the texture around 2 meshes as though they were merged.

hi!

Hello, everybody.

I figured it was finally time to register and check out some of the cool stuff you guys are making with the BO3 tools, and maybe provide some help. I was a member of the mod community for many years, and have been a campaign/zombies level designer at Treyarch for close to 5 years. It's awesome seeing how active the modding is here!

Though you've solved the problem by reinstalling, the problem mostly like was you changed a render flag which was showing the flowmap instead of the in-game texture. I know it's comforting knowing a reinstall will mostly likely fix some problems, but I rarely advise anyone to do so because it's a pretty heavy-handed solution to a problem that can usually be fixed by changing a setting.

Chances are you entered a rotated prefab with shift instead of alt, which will world-align your view, making things appear skewed.
