Alright, quick little prob. So, I made a little test map to fool around with on Radiant (I'm still learning the tools) and I went to Launcher.exe, compiled it, made it an .ff file, and then went to run it. It says "failed to load/could not find zombiemode_script_zombiedogs". It has also failed to find UGX weather mods, and some other thingd. What do I do?

I think you forgot to compile, MAPNAME_patch
For the rest would say, follow the steps again to look for mistakes.

Okay, now the map runs after that. But upon loading in I get multiple error messages and if I progress through the map I get "Server_runtime_error". Any ideas?

Were you using the UGX script placer? did you intentionally disable dog rounds?  If you were, i recommend you use Scrpit Placer Z. I ran into that error a lot when i used the UGX script placer

Yeah, the UGX Script Placer. I figured that out. But now, I start with no weapon. If you have an idea, I'd be grateful.
try opening loadout.gsc in your root > mods > mapname > maps and look for a line of code along the lines of

Code Snippet

add_weapon( "zombie_colt" );
PrecacheItem( "napalmblob" );
PrecacheItem( "napalmbloblight" );
set_switch_weapon( "zombie_colt" );
try chaning what you see to these four lines of code. if your map has another starting weapon, change both instances of zombie_colt to whatever your weapon is
