awesome map dude, had a lot of fun playing it, only one thing, for the life of me i cant figure out what it means by "free the alien"

A short instruction list appears at the beginning of the map (other details are obvious as you progress through the EE)

Can someone explain me the logic of the levers to open the door of the alien? I didn't understand why there are 3 computers for 4 levers.
