I feel like an extra feature of PHD could be not drowinging in water, would be nice to not have to have a PES on.

Not gamebreaking.  It occurs because PHD blocks explosive damage indicators, and radiusdamage is considered explosive.  The real indication of drowning is the water on your screen.  You loose solo QR on purpose as well when you drown.  I felt like it needed to be costly to drown, and it would be weird if QR restored your air completely.

Hey uh, I don't know if it's intended, but my Hacker seems to be glitching. If I pull it out and try hacking something (by holding my attack key, left click), it just disappears and doesn't do anything. Then, if I let go of my left click, my player holsters it and acts as if nothing happened. Probably because nothing DID happen.

you use the hacker by pressing USE usually E same as open doors or buying box etc, but if it DOES somehow glitch when switching to hacker while 1inchpunch fisting try switching to a P.E.S and get hacker back from the labs again

I hacked radi on leviathan to give him 500 points - he hasnt been the same since.... 

I meant to SAY that I figured out that I had to use the Use key on my own. Darn comment limits are allowing me to only make one comment at a time and I can't edit comments that I submitted already.
