Hold your shift key and click your browsers refresh button. Or spam Ctrl+F5 three or so times to clear your page cache. Our web server is caching the "You must register" message, which is why it's not gong away for you. I am currently working on a fix.

Make sure any firewall you have installed has the map manager white-listed. If it can't access the server it may crash which could likely be the cause.

I need to reinstall UGX map manager but it says I am not able to view external links. Yes I have got an account and yes I signed in.

Delete your browsers cache and log back in. Should fix your issue.

Run the program as Administrator. Read the FAQ before asking questions please.

This app is clean of any viruses or malware and does not do anything but download and install maps. Here is a link to a virus scan of the program: [You are not allowed to view external links. Register or Login to see them]

Delete your cache.
