Norton thinks everything is a virus 

Does it give a reason why? It's possible that it was flagged because the Manager will place and delete files on your HD regarding the maps... I assure you the program is harmless.

the solo mode won't start when i select it

i downloaded the ugx map manager and net 4 but the map manager download does nothing when i open it

... your gonna need to rewrite that i think... makes no sense at all

My computer thinks i have already got this installed even though that was the first time i had even heard of it or installed it 

So, I'm having a problem, I just wiped my HDD, and re-installed WaW, logged into my account, installed .NET Redist, VisualC etc. And it won't give me the download link for the manager, so, how am I supposed to play?

 When I try and refresh the page, it says you must be logged in to view external links, even though I am clearly logged in, while also stating I need .NET Redist! 

 So, I was wondering if you could email me the link, or help me fix this problem.

It's literally a big red buttong that says "Download File", you really can't miss it.

  Yeah, well the problem I am having, is that I am clearly signed in, and it keeps telling me I don't have permission to view external links, and I must login or register to view the big red download button (This is the 3rd time I have done this, just wiped my HDD). Even though, I AM LOGGED IN!!

uhh the ugx map manager wont launch the map I want to play  f1x t1s m8     

you have to login to see the download link but.. i am logged in if i wasn't then why would i be posting this reply ... 

you don't need to turn off Norton to download it i have Norton my self. once its downloaded Norton usually puts a file that is a "virus" into quarantine. just remove it from quarantine and you can download it once you do so.

i have norton and it said it was clean and safe

its sayin i have to log in even tho i am logged in

I use my User account for all my WAW stuff, so i ran the program as admin. It started up then when i downloaded a map, it asked me for the path. I set the path to my Users mod folder and it installed there, But every other map installs on my admin account. Is there a way to make it install on my Users mod folder again?
