Hmm, I wonder why. Must be a bug that the mapper needs to know about right away.

or...... maybe because he doesn't want people cheating on his map, and therefore he disabled cheats so you cant cheat.

This map is very very well designed, the only problem i face is trying to tell if this is MoTD 2.0 or custom zombies!
It is quite demanding on my system but for such a good map i am not suprised!

Disagreed. Some maps are too hard and even if it isn't I like to check out all the guns with give all cause paping the normal way takes too long.

Well ok the "too hard" reason was lame I guess, but I also like exploring the map and finding everything the mapper hid. If I played only the normal way I wouldn't fully appreciate all the stuff he put in the map! Maybe mappers should make it so that beating the map unlocks the use of devmap.

1) Get better by playing Normally, as cheating actually makes you worse, as you can't die, and you have no need to budget yourself to save for Pack-A-Punch, perks, Weapons, etc.
2) Don't cheat, as it just ruins the point of zombies, which is survive, not live indefinitely

I understand what you are saying. I too cannot play some of the maps that have been released because my skills aren't up to par. There are a couple options for you:
1) get really involved with the community, get to know people, etc and follow all the map WIPs that you think look good and when the time comes volunteer to beta test the map. Typically test maps have devmap unlocked and that way you'll always have that bright shiny copy all your own that no one can take from you.
2) Just appreciate watching other much better players on YT/Twitch, sit back and put your lipstick on.
