Hello there...
I have been having trouble with my mod tools recently and I see if I can get a bit of help here technical issue is that  my mod tools app opens but everything is in blank and I click on it and the computer says that is not responding.
My question is does it need an update or need a more faster pc?

You're speaking of the Launcher/Radiant application, correct? Steam version of WaW or is it a cracked version? My Radiant does this from time to time but I usually fix it by shutting it down with Task Manager and opening it up again. Make sure you're running the Launcher as an admin and opening Radiant through there. Let me know if this helps.

I'll assume that you're talking about the launcher/radiant application. Try running the program as administrator and check if it works. Make sure you have the latest mod tools installed. You might also need to uninstall your mod tools and reinstall them. You can uninstall your whole game and delete your game folder under C:\Program Filesx86\Steam\steamapps\common or if you have a cracked one, find the folder and then reinstall using steam or another site.
