Cannot "grab" models in Radiant

So everything was fine for the last 3 years with the mod tools, but from 5 months ago i struck a HUGE problem.
Whenever i go to radiant ( doesnt matter if i create a new map from the UGX script placer or from default launcher ) and whenever i put a model ( like a mannequin or a shelf ) for some reason i cannot take it again and move it somewhere else ( i can take everything else except models, pathnodes etc. ) ... and i didnt fuck up with the patches ( installed Cod Waw, then DLCs and then mod tools with their respective patches... if somebody can help me anyway, i m open to all solutions - thanks - Suquartz

Idk what is causing your problem but for right now if you need to move a model pit a brush in it and hit "select touching"

this button enables/disables the selection of models, check if you have accidentally disabled it
believe me, its not working
Guess, i ll have to reinstall everything... just one thing: what should i install first again? ( cant remember 
)
