While it may be in 98%, that 2% is still huge chunk of work to do

% isn't connected with time really, it is connected with how much left to do. There are two things that need to be done and that is why it is at 98%. I am pissed as well that it has taken so long, but hey, it will hopefully be worth it in the end.
