So i don't know where to put this topic in but my problem is when I run world at war i get this error

As far as I know localized_common is one of the games FF's. Possibly a broken game installation. If you are on steam verify your game cache. If you are on disk I would suggest a re-installation of your game.

Edit: At closer look I see you are launching from steam. Make sure the files its looking for actually exist. If they do they might be corrupt so verifying the game cache would be best. If they don't exist it might be a permission issue with steam(not sure).

No, the reason UGX Mod is able to utilize localized_common.ff is due to the fact that Treyarch left it out of the game. It does not exist in the game's zone folder and the warning in the console can be ignored. However, your actual problem is shown in the last couple of lines of the console window.

It looks like you've got some weird DNS/Network adapter issues that are causing an unhandled exception for the engine.

Have you ever been able to run World at War successfully? If so, when did this start happening? Does it happen with all maps or just one?

 i got the game working thanks for the help. also the game crashed after playing story and exiting the game then it crashed
